We strive to imitate Church structure and practice as shown in the New Testament. We baptize by immersion (submerging completely under water), serve communion every Sunday, call our leaders “elders,” preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, and pray in Jesus' name.
The women of the church, or Sisters of Service, meet the second Thursday of each month to fellowship with each other and organize service projects for the church. These projects include craft and bake sale, garage sale, college student packages, organizing volunteers, event planning, and many activities.
Beginning in June of each year, summer socials will start up again on the first Saturday of each month. Bring lawn chairs, a potluck dish to share, and meat of your choice to grill. There will be a sign up sheet available for those who wish to host future summer socials. Plates, plastic ware, napkins, and condiments will be supplied by the church.
Every Sunday morning before Sunday School, everyone is invited to join us for a hearty breakfast and time of fellowship at 9:00am. A weekly sign-up sheet is available on the welcome center in the foyer if you would like to volunteer to provide a portion of breakfast.
